Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock Alond orders within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Please allow longer for larger orders.
Unfortunately, sometimes delivery dates are contingent upon a number of factors outside of our control and we can’t therefore accept responsibility for delays. We will, however, endeavour to keep you informed at all times as to the progress of your order.
Our website will not allow placing items on back-order, but we are happy to arrange back-orders if you wish to email us to request that service. In the event that an item is not in stock, the checkout procedure will indicate the item as "out of stock" and you can register to be notified by e-mail of the when stock is available. If your order is available in part, we will process those items that are available. If your payment has been processed (e.g. by PayPal) we will, of course, refund where appropriate.
Prices are displayed including GST for an address within Australia, but excluding shipping/freight. Shipping/freight charges will be added to your order during the checkout process. Shipping is calculated on the basis of order weight and address - a shipping estimator is available from the shopping cart pages and for a single product; on the product page.
We generally ship by way of Australia Post parcel post - however, we may elect to utilise an alternative carrier without prior notice, this will generally be to reduce your shipping charge. Our shopping cart currently supports regular parcel post or Express post options.
The deposit of goods with our nominated carrier for shipment constitutes supply for the purposes of this agreement, and, as a consequence, we accept no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, goods in transit. Similarly, the costs of, and sole responsibility for transit insurance rests with the purchaser. Purchasers may elect to use registered post, and may contact us to arrange for additional transit insurance if required.

Returns & Replacements
Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty or not as described. Claims for refunds must be made within 7 days.
Refunds may be taken as credit if the customer desires. Refunds will be made by the same method as payment was made, that is if payment was made by PayPal, then the refund will be returned to the buyer’s PayPal account, if payment was made by bank deposit, then payment will be returned to buyer’s bank account. In the event circumstances dictate that a refund should be issued by cheque or money order, any fees or charges incurred in the result of processing, including associated fees and postage, shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns will only be accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. If you intend on returning an item, please contact us by email to discuss the issue first. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received by Alond Pty. Ltd. Postage costs will not be refunded, only the price of the items purchased.
If you receive an item which is faulty, broken or not as described, please contact us by email to discuss the issue and arrange replacement.
All claims for refunds, returns and replacements must be made within seven days of receipt.
We invite you to place an order through our website. For payment on our website we accept standard credit cards (we exclude AmEx and Diners Club) which are processed through PayPal.
Only Australia Post shipping is available at this time. Orders being shipped outside Australia or that require alternate shipping need more service therefore we ask that you place your orders via purchase order (available in checkout), email or simply leave us a voice mail and we'll gladly call you back.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Alond Pty. Ltd. accepts Bpay, Credit Cards via our Gateway providers, payment (EFT) from your bank account, bank cheques, personal cheques, Afterpay, money orders, traveller's cheques denominated in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian bank. Additionally, we may accept other payment methods upon application.
While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Viewing Orders
We will keep you informed via email upon despatch of your order; normally that notification will include a tracking number if it has been sent by Australia Post.
