This is such a popular badge, it's not uncommon for some of our clients to order 50,000 components at a time!

These are often used as band tour badges.

The 25mm diameter badge features a safety pin looped though a plastic back. The 25mm Badge has a compact design, is lightweight and inexpensive to produce. It has a viewable area up to 23-25mm in diameter.

This 25mm badge consists of a clear plastic disk over your artwork, (we call the plastic disc mylar), pressed on to a metal top cover, which locks onto a plastic back with a safety pin to attach the badge to your customer.

Each one of these components is precisely made, what this means for you as the user is that the badges will always react in the same way and will continue to give you a steady stream of well-made solidly constructed badges.

Each Pack makes 100 25mm badges and contains:

100 x Clear Plastic MylarMylar is often used to generically refer to polyester film or plastic sheet. However, it is a registered trademark owned by Dupont Tejjin Films for a specific family of plastic sheet products made from the resin Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Disks

100 x Top Covers (metal)

100 x Plastic Backs with Safety Pin

All you need to complete a 25mm badge is your own artwork (and an Alond 25mm Badge Machine).

The plastic used in this product is ABSAcrylonitrile butadiene styrene; see wikipedia. Lego bricks are made of ABS., a fully recyclable plastic.

(These are NOT suitable for the Badge-a-Minit machine).
