Press on the handle to bring the blade into action on your artwork. A convenient handle and rubber, anti-slip ring, keeps the artwork steady as the circle is cut. Your artwork is clearly visible through the cutter.
The blade can be adjusted to suit badges from 25mm through to 58mm. The long lasting blade will cut through several sheets of photo grade paper or standard 80g paper.
